摘要: Three tungsten powders with average particle sizes of 8.7, 23.2, and 65.2 µm were used to make W-15Cu compacts. The compacting pressure sintering temperature adjusted for each powder attain the desired skeleton density. Sintered skeletons then infiltrated oxygen-free copper at 1200 °C in hydrogen vacuum. Results showed that as size decreased, higher pressures temperatures required same processing parameters caused variations amount closed pores W-W contiguity, which turn resulted different densities resistivities. Direct infiltration on green compacts was also examined, lower electrical resistivities obtained compared those by infiltrating sintered These results are discussed based density, differences microstructure, contiguity.
