摘要: Abstract 1. Chemical and histochemical studies of the gill pseudobranch plains killifish, Fundulus kansae , showed (1) that does not contain cholinesterase (2) enzyme is located in epithelium leaflets rather than Keys-Willmer cells. 2. By transferring fish rapidly from 0·60 M NaCl to tap water, it was shown no close correlation exists between sodium outflux histological appearance 3. It concluded these cells are involved salt metabolism.
