摘要: The relationship between renal cell cancer (RCC) and hematologic malignancy (HM) in the same individual has been reported for more than 20 years, is noted SEER database studies. Family histories suggest a familial association as well. This study evaluates occurrence of malignancies patients families, age-of-onset anticipation among generations. history data from our patient registry, including 700 pedigrees malignancies, with cancer, were reviewed. Twenty-six personal both RCC HM are reported. Seventy four to have 95 family members HM. Consistent past reports, there was male predominance diseases (71 %), patients’ relatives (57 %). Also consistent lymphoid those (92 %) HMs (79 majority (95 first or second degree RCC. Thirty 34 parent/child pairs demonstrated age onset which child developed either disease at younger parent. co-occurrence shown be significantly greater expected. Families also appear an increased association. appearance suggests that genetic factors may significant this
