摘要: Abstract Scavenger receptors play a central role in defending against infectious diseases mammals. However, the function of SRECII remains unknown teleost fish. In this study, type F scavenger receptor expressed by endothelial cells-II (SRECII) cDNA sequence was first identified from Epinephelus coioides, named EcSRECII, which contained an N-terminal signal peptide, eight EGF/EGF-like cysteine-rich motifs and C-terminal low-complexity region. The gene location maps revealed that EcSRECII has conservation synteny among selected species. Subcellular localization showed mainly located cytoplasm HEK293T cells GS cells. healthy E. mRNA highly spleen, skin, gill, thymus head kidney. relative expression after Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection significantly up-regulated at 12 h kidney thymus, but downregulated 1 d skin reduced 3 d 1 w spleen. Furthermore, overexpression activated NF-κB IFN-β signaling pathway vitro. Taken together, these results indicated could be as potential pathogen recognition for involving bacterial regulating innate immunity responses coioides.
