摘要: The effect of sodium, chloride on the growth a halophyte, Suaeda maritima (L.) Dum., was compared with its Pisum sativum L. cv. Alaska under controlled environmental conditions. salt stimulated maximally at concentrations 170 to 340 mM while inhibited even by 100 mM. Both species accumulated ions in tops and maximum Na+ Cl− rose 860 (based water content) 730 300 respectively. Respiration both as NaCl level culture solution raised. Four supernatant enzymes (malic dehydrogenase, glucose-6-phosphate peroxidase, acid phosphatase) prepared from (grown either absence added or presence NaCl) were assayed various levels sodium chloride. dehydrogenases markedly increasing there smaller peroxidase phosphatase. There no difference two although one is halophilic other halophobic.
