摘要: Summary Total lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity was measured in washed sperm from 74 oligozoospermic patients and 148 normospermic men. In the same samples, an additional iso-enzyme specific for germ cells, LDH-X also measured. Both enzymatic activities were significantly higher that those men (P<0.001). patients, LDH related inversely to concentration (r = -0.61 r= -0.53, respectively). men, this inverse relationship less evident -0.28 -0.25, After separation of on a discontinuous gradient Percoll, increased non-migrated-sperm fractions reduced migrated-sperm both groups subjects when compared initial semen specimens. addition, migrated normos permic did not differ their activities. Although possible contribution immature germ-cells these findings remains be defined, data suggest clearly high levels intracellular are biochemical feature subjects.
