摘要: Computer-aided learning (CAL) offers enormous potential in disseminating oral health care information to patients and caregivers. The effectiveness of CAL, however, remains unclear. Objectives purpose this study was systematically review published evidence on the CAL caregivers. Materials Methods A structured comprehensive search undertaken among 7 electronic databases (PUBMED, CINAHL Plus, EMBASE, SCOPUS, WEB SCIENCE, Cochrane Library, PsycINFO) identify relevant studies. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) observational studies were included review. Papers screened by 2 independent reviewers, that met inclusion criteria selected for further assessment. Results total 2915 papers screened, full texts 53 potentially (κ = 0.885) retrieved. 5 (1 RCT, 1 quasi-experimental study, 3 post-intervention studies) identified. Outcome measures knowledge, attitude, behavior, health. Significant improvements clinical parameters ( P < .05) knowledge/attitudes < .001) reported remaining improved behaviors confidence. Conclusion There is a limited number which have examined interventions Synthesis data suggests has positive impacts Further high- quality promoting are warranted.
