摘要: RECENT reports that epinephrine and glucagon, hormones which affect the generation of cyclic 3′,5′-AMP, also influence release pancreatic insulin1–5 have led us to examine effect this nucleotide on insulin secretion. In present experiments effects secretion theophylline, a methyl xanthine derivative inhibits phosphodiesterase6 increases intracellular steady state level alone in combination with alpha beta adrenergic blocking agents, been examined rat.
