摘要: A Bolza problem of optimal control theory with a varying time interval given by convex, nonconvex functional-differential inclusions (P N ), V ) is considered. Our main goal to derive sufficient optimality conditions for neutral inclusions, which contain delays in both state and velocity variables. Both endpoint constraints are involved. Presence constraint implies jump conjugate variable typical such problems. Sufficient under the t 1-transversality condition proved incorporating Euler---Lagrange- Hamiltonian-type inclusions. As supplementary problems discrete approximation D DA considered necessary, given. The basic concept obtaining locally adjoint mappings especially equivalence theorems. Furthermore, application these results demonstrated solving some illustrative examples.
