Continuous wavelet grey moment approach for vibration analysis of rotating machinery

摘要: Abstract The statistical characteristics of the continuous wavelet transform scalogram vibration signal are explored, and two features, grey moment (WGM) first-order vector (WGMV), proposed for condition monitoring rotating machinery. Faulty signals from a rotor test rig studied using WGM. analysis indicates that WGM can reveal time–frequency features well it could be used to diagnose faults quantitatively. effectiveness WGMV is also demonstrated by experimental data. Results show suitable reflect local information scalogram, would an effective method fault diagnostics result FFT given. Compared with conventional method, presented in this paper more extract characters
