摘要: A method has been developed to overcome difficulties in the analysis of corn oil for tocopherol. The poor recovery tocopherol added prior Parker-McFarlane treatment does not occur with present method, and absorbance drift which occurs when crude reacts iron dipyridyl is largely eliminated.
