摘要: Petroleum, the backbone of today’s mechanized society, now has become a threat to environment due extraction and transportation. Accidental oil spills occur regularly at many locations throughout world. Contamination soil water resources with petroleum its products serious problem carcinogenic mutagenic compounds. Efforts are focused on seeking potential remediation techniques for cleanup hydrocarbons-contaminated soils in cost effective eco-friendly way. Various physical, chemical biological strategies have been used restore contaminated soils. However, plant assisted bioremediation is getting more attention as compared sole use either microorganisms or plants. The challenging task such efforts be successful not only survival upon their inoculation into hostile but also positive plant-microbe interactions. Bacteria having ACC-deaminase enzymes considered helpful plants stressed environment. We discussed that bacteria equipped dual traits activity association can good approach soil.
