摘要: Abstract Coding in the 1960 Censuses had two characteristics which complicated control of quality. They were: (1) codes to be verified were form positioned marks on Census schedule, and (2) coding was a difficult operation frequently requiring use judgment part coder. This paper describes techniques used controlling quality operation.
