摘要: A low-cost, high-creep strength wrought Fe‒Ni-base superalloy for 700 °C advanced ultra-supercritical coal-fired power plant applications has been developed. The microstructural stability of this alloy during long-term exposures at °C‒750 up to 10000 h was investigated by SEM and TEM. correlation between the microstructure evolution mechanical properties studied. experimental results showed that major precipitates in were spherical γ′, MC discrete M23C6 after exposure 750 no harmful phases, such as σ phase η phase, observed. amount increased with time while it decreased °C. During thermal γ′ coarsened increasing temperature. Alloy good oxidation resistance due formation external layer Cr2O3. yield first then °C, but gradually relationship dominant deformation mechanisms discussed.
