摘要: From 2013 to 2015, the U.S. Department of Transportation (US DOT) John A. Volpe National Systems Center (Volpe Center) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) partnered with Mid Region Council Governments (MRCOG) evaluate how central New Mexico region could develop in a way that minimizes greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions increases resiliency climate change. MRCOG, consultation stakeholders within metropolitan planning area through series public meetings, developed land-use transportation scenarios for as well list performance measures comparatively each scenario. Facilitated by Center, group representatives from several federal, state, local agencies provided input guidance over course project. With assistance University (UNM) Ecosystem Management, Inc.
