Central New Mexico Climate Change Scenario Planning Project

摘要: From 2013 to 2015, the U.S. Department of Transportation (US DOT) John A. Volpe National Systems Center (Volpe Center) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) partnered with Mid Region Council Governments (MRCOG) evaluate how central New Mexico region could develop in a way that minimizes greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions increases resiliency climate change.
