摘要: Abstract Magnetic susceptibility and Hall effect in Pb1−x−ySnyMnx semimagnetic semiconductor with 0.03 ⩽ x 0.12 were investigated as a function of carrier concentration. At low temperatures ferromagnetic phase was observed the samples high The dependence Curie temperature Tc on concentration p has threshold-like character for all samples. threshold hole depends Mn content decreases increasing manganese ions. results are summarized form Tc(x,p) magnetic diagram.
