摘要: The present invention generally relates to diseases or conditions modulated by undesired protein expression. In one aspect, the methods provide for administration a mammal, particularly human, of therapeutically effective amount carbocyclic aryl compound capable modulating that Assays detecting compounds having desired therapeutic capacity are also provided.
