摘要: Background: This study was carried out to investigate the total polyphenol (TP), flavonoid (TF), antioxidative effect and allyl isothyocyanate (ITC) content in different organs of wasabi plant grown an organic system. Materials Methods: Invitro methanol boiled water extracts were conducted by analyzing 1-1- diphenyl-2-picryl hydrozyl (DPPH) radial scavenging activity, metal chelating activity antioxidant capacity a comparative manner. Result: The result revealed that extract showed higher TP flower (3644 mg TAE/100 g dw), leaf (3201 dw) fruit (3025 as compared extract. Similarly, TF also (1152 QE/100 (325 however, other parts ignorable value. Results: Results found at magnitude potency. exhibited DPPH radical assay In assay, (76.9%) followed (68.8%) (62.8%). Ally ITC detected gas chromatography present all tissues but be varied tissues. Conclusions: Overall, this will allow consumers processors understand possibility for medical application knowing level distribution, property distributed
