摘要: Summary Quantitative trait loci (QTL) for fat deposition, growth and muscling traits have been previously mapped on the basis of low-density linkage maps in a wild boar × Meishan F2 family to chromosome X region flanked by SW2456 SW1943. Improved QTL resolution was possible using data animals with marker density 2.7 cM distance SW1943 region, including AR, SERPINA7 ACSL4 as candidate genes. The scan increased substantially, evidenced higher F-ratio values all QTL. Maxima were 28.6, 18.2 16.5 respectively, those positions accounted 7.9%, 5.0% 4.5% phenotypic variance (VF2) respectively. fatness most near ACSL4, exception ham that proximally, vicinity AR. An analysis performed separately male showed predominant affecting deposition (up 13.6% VF2) AR two 9.9% close ACSL4. In female animals, 12.1% at SW2456, (10% 10.5%
