摘要: Detecting changes in animal communities suggests that a reference situation exists. It is particularly difficult task estuarine environments are complex and fluctuate with time. Effects of human pressures to assess due the scarcity or even lack evaluation monitoring systems. In order detect anomalies functioning system identify effects perturbations upon populations communities, it necessary analyse dynamics infer state. This work aims describe an approach based on K-Tab analyses allows define average called “compromise” which then compared single year data. this situation, Gironde estuary, has been monitored monthly from 1980s, appears be very relevant case study. paper focuses spatial temporal variations species composition fish shrimp assemblages mesohaline oligohaline stretches estuary demonstrates strong downstream-upstream structuring composition. Seasonal structure biological highlighted biomass transfer water column between summer winter noticed. The habitat suitability mainly discussed terms hydraulic regime but could also trophic resources availability. No important differences distribution can detected 2000 however method probably more when detecting trends rather than assemblages.
