摘要: Abstract In this work, we made a review about the application of Raman spectroscopy for quality control honey and other food samples. Simultaneously, it was carried out new research evaluating silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) obtained by green synthesis detection antibiotic Oxytetracycline (OTC), through Surface Enhanced Spectroscopy (SERS). Glucose used as reducing capping agent in formation AgNPs alkaline media. The frequencies found, belonging to at 20, 15, 10 5 ppb, could be visibly differentiated from those corresponding honey, being unnecessary perform any extraction procedure or tedious manipulation sample. Theoretical were Density Functional Theory calculations compared with normal modes SERS measures, founding an excellent agreement between them. analysis shows preference adsorption OTC on cluster oxygen atoms.
