摘要: The seminal role of Mahorner and Goss in the development anterior properitoneal placement for inguinofemoral herniation large "angle iron" prostheses is outlined. An experience with 135 insertions 132 patients using almost sutureless polypropylene mesh parietalization cord recounted. advantage deep insertion beneath epigastric vasculature posterior lamina transversalis fascia emphasized. A prospective study to compare superficial prosthetic groin recommended.
