摘要: Agricultural practices can jeopardize soil and water quality, thus mitigation measures to reduce nutrient loss protect resources have be implemented in order ensure a sound environmental quality and, at the same time, high crop yield. Natural zeolites been tested as conditioner diminish leaching increase irrigation efficiency. In this study, an experimental site of 6 ha was monitored for two years assess whether amending with natural zeolite may induce considerable impact on balance. Three control parcels were cultivated irrigated according traditional way; amended coarse-grained different zeolite/soil ratio (5 15 kg/m2) fine-grained (7 10 kg/m2). Soil electrical conductivity, temperature volumetric content continuously via TDR probes depths. Climatic variables balance calculation obtained by meteorological station installed on-site. The parcel 10 kg/m2 showed average always higher than ones, upper horizon. addition, after intense rainfall, increased field capacity reduced percolation towards deeper Finally, residual improved 1.2 ± 0.4 % throughout summer droughts.
