摘要: Background: Neoplasia can result from a lack of cell elimination by apoptosis. In order to determine if mechanisms controlling apoptosis are disturbed during neoplastic transformation in model murine radio-induced thymic lymphomas, we have assessed the kinetics p53, Bax and Bcl-2 situ expression after induction irradiation or glucocorticoids at first normal mice. Materials Methods: TUNEL method was used for detection protein determined indirect immunohistochemistry. Results: After hydrocortisone injection, levels p53 Bax, but not Bcl-2, were raised.
