摘要: The spatial distribution and behavior of limnological variables were studied in a fluvial-lacustrine system, northern Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil. Physical (e.g. temperature, transparency), physico-chemical pH, conductivity), chemical inorganic nutrients, dissolved oxygen, particulate organic carbon), biochemical (water-soluble carbohydrates – SCHO, total proteins TPROT, chlorophyll Chl carotenoids CAR) biological (phytoplankton taxa composition) assessed water-column. Results from phases varied considerably among sampling sites. indicated some relationships, limnetic zone, between compounds products (biochemical). In comparison to lake outflow (channel) waters, the main inflow (stream) body water was characterized by lower concentrations higher inorganic-N. Gross composition POC DOC variation system with minor participation TPROT-C (total protein carbon) SCHO-C carbohydrate center lake. At horizontal space lacustrine at ends lake, it also observed shift relative POC. Ecophysiological state nature matter evaluated through photosynthetic pigment concentrations, light microscope analysis, (C:N)a, C:Chl a, SCHO:TPROT, TPROT:Chl SCHO:Chl ratios. Spatial variations recognized linked variety factors such as (detrital vs. living plankton algae) origin (allochthonous autochthonous) suspended matter, hydrological characteristic environments (lotic lentic), phytoplankton metabolical responses induced nitrogen deficiencies, wind stress. Additionally, based on present high proportion cyanobacterium Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii (∼ 90%) Cima Lake we point out that has suffered profound changes last 10 years.
