摘要: This article provides a new insight into knowledge-based management of mega-events by highlighting the significance weather at destination selection and scheduling events as an adaptive strategy toward climate change. Concerning environmental socio-economic costs ignorance in event management, which may result cancelation change time, it is recommended that planners perform preliminary study prior to publicizing plan. Doing so, organizer visitors can benefit from optimal destination, this advises decision-makers Tokyo 2020 Olympic Paralympic Games reschedule dates international event.
