摘要: Transplantation of fetal mammary gland mesenchyme into glands 2-month-old syngeneic virgin mice resulted in focal re-enactment events that normally occur probably during and early postnatal development the gland. Portions recipient's duct system contact with underwent branching proliferation a pattern resembling rudimentary development. This process occurred C3H regardless whether or not milk-transmitted tumor virus (MTV-S) was present. In carrying MTV-S, cancers Types A B appeared earlier more frequently had received transplants mesenchyme, compared those no mesenchyme. Some smaller were shown to develop directly from portions interacting without preformation typical hyperplastic alveolar nodules. did appear similarly treated glands. These facts suggest non-hormonal nonviral factors stimulate resulting transplantation mesenchymes eventually accelerate local cancers.
