摘要: Abstract Crystallographic, microstructural and magnetic properties of ZnFe 2 O 4 nanoparticles synthesized by precipitation from non-aqueous solutions have been studied in the work. The transmission electron microscopy studies reveal particle sizes ∼5 nm for as-prepared particles which increase up to ∼25 nm upon annealing at 500 °C. Characteristic parameters including average moment an individual nanoparticle effective anisotropy constant determined means quasistatic measurements. specific loss power is released on exposure ensemble electromagnetic field calculated measured experimentally. It shown that demonstrate high heating efficiency AC fields, enough their use medical applications.
