摘要: Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the prognostic and predictive value p27 expression in patients with early breast cancer. Patients methods: Quantitative immunofluorescence assays for were done on a tissue microarray that included 823 samples from randomized between anthracycline-based chemotherapy no chemotherapy. Quantification using AQUA® system (HistoRx, Inc., Branford, CT). Both nuclear cytoplasmic ratio assessed. Results: Nuclear not efficacy [adjusted P = 0.18 disease-free survival (DFS)] nor [95% confidence interval (CI) 0.99-1.01, 0.49]. However, nuclear/cytoplasmic adjuvant (adjusted 0.016 DFS). adjusted hazard (HR) relapse associated 0.56 (95% CI 0.37-0.84, 0.005) 1.06 0.76-1.47, 0.74) high low ratio, respectively. N/C treated (HR or death 1 unit increase 0.30, 95% 0.12-0.77) but untreated arm 1.27, 0.58-2.8). Conclusions: This did confirm role as parameter. © Author 2012.
