摘要: A method and apparatus for building a packet grooming aggregation engine is disclosed. The can be applied to the network providing flexible service multiplexing functions. achieves intended function that easy implement operator manage, yet provides enough flexibility mix match various services at edge node of network. One specific embodiment patent an Ethernet over SONET mapping system where user traffic aggregated groomed into transport virtual concatenation channels.
