摘要: Abstract Service environment of tube and casing in deep ultra-deep well is getting more complicated, the internal pressure applied to higher, so that high-grade steel (HGTC) made ductile material widely used. Obviously, calculation burst for HGTC one key factors design important safe efficient development unconventional oil gas resources. Here, based on failure principle through-wall yield unified criterion, formula (TYBP) under practical service condition which can be used calculate TYBP API non-API accurately reasonably by using true parameters, has been deduced this paper with due consideration effect Bauschinger (BE), hardening intermediate principal stress (IPS) TYBP, influence rules BE, IPS criterion have investigated.(The lattice derived from real parameters. The value pipe are studied. Eight kinds classic formulas new a series model without corrosion defect established weighted twin shear criterion. results presented closest full-scale experimental data than other models, provide an reference estimation well.
