摘要: This paper presented the design of a cell impedance spectroscopy which based on digital auto balancing bridge method. The hardware architecture system mainly consists reference source, variable null detector and FPGA. DSP algorithms such as CORDIC-based direct synthesis LMS-based algorithm were discussed in detail. simulation results show that has good performance from low frequency up to 10 MHz. Profiting cost efficiency high flexibility device, it suitable for EIS application cell-level research.
