摘要: Driven by dynamic competitive conditions, an increasing number of firms are experimenting with new, and what they hope will be, more organizational forms. This development has opened up exciting theoretical empirical venues for students leadership, business strategy, theory, the like. One domain that yet to catch wave, however, is strategic human resource management (SHRM). In effort up, we here draw on organization (DO) strategy (HRS) literatures delineate both a process uncovering key features carefully crafted HRS DOs. The logic as follows. DOs compete through marketplace agility. Marketplace agility requires employees at all levels engage in proactive, adaptive, generative behaviors, bolstered supportive mindset. Under right essential mindset although highly dynamic, fostered centered relatively small dialectical, paradoxically stable, guiding principles anchored infrastructure. line reasoning, rests rather modest base and, thus, offered less definitive statement than spur much needed additional research.
