Effect of cell cycle on the regulation of the cell surface and secreted forms of type I and type II human tumor necrosis factor receptors

摘要: The cell cycle has been shown to regulate the biological effects of human tumor necrosis factor (TNF), but what extent that regulation is due modulation TNF receptors not clear. In present report we investigated effect on expression surface and soluble in histiocytic lymphoma U-937. Exposure hydroxyurea, thymidine, etoposide, bisbensimide, democolcine lead accumulation cells primarily G1/S, S, S/G2/M, G2/M, M stages cycle, respectively. Whilie no significant change occurred arrested G1/S or S/G2 stages, about a 50% decrease was observed at phase cycle. Scatchard analysis showed reduction receptor number rather than affinity. contrast, S (thymidine) an 80% increase number. The changes size protein synthesis. receptors, however, correlated with total synthesis (to 3.8-fold control levels).
