摘要: The relative role of beta 1- and 2-adrenoceptors in the regulation blood pressure plasma renin at rest during exercise was studied 17 normal male volunteers. They performed, a randomized order according to double-blind crossover study design, three graded uninterrupted tests until exhaustion after being pretreated 3 consecutive days with placebo, predominantly 1-blocker (atenolol, 50 mg once/day), or 2-blocker (ICI 118551, 20 times/day). Both drugs caused decrease heart rate, but reduction by ICI 118551 less pronounced no additional decline occurred exercise. did not affect rest, diastolic higher than placebo. Atenolol lowered systolic suppressed exercise-induced increase pressure. At activity 1-blockade unchanged 2-antagonism. was, however, affected 1-blocker. After atenolol urinary excretion aldosterone decreased concentration changed. alter aldosterone. Our results therefore provide further evidence that adrenoceptors mediating release humans are partially 1-subtype, whereas 2-adrenergic receptors probably play only minor control secretion, especially exercise.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
