摘要: The influence of spatial diversity in acoustic scattering properties on estimates the effective scatterer diameter (ESD) applied to soft biological tissues is investigated. This study based two-dimensional simulations media, beginning with random distributions simple disk structures where all features are known exactly. It concludes an analysis histology maps from healthy and fatty rabbit liver. Further, liver decomposed using orthonormal basis separate at various scales observe how it influences ESD estimates.
