摘要: The Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL) consists of two primary bundles and is the restraint to posterior tibial translation. emergence Tibial Inlay Technique (PTIT) has demonstrated a mechanical advantage over commonly used Tunnel Method (TTM). This study was designed investigate effects on knee mechanics from both Single-bundle (SB) Double-bundle (DB) Achilles tendon PCL reconstruction using PTIT. investigators hypothesized that DB graft demonstrates compared SB graft. A materials testing machine provided six sequential loading cycles 100 N while total translation measured. conducted at 90 degrees, 60 30 degrees 10 flexion in neutral rotation. While advantages were detected, specifically small laxity values physiological range normal gait, additional complexity technique may clinically outweigh advantages.
