摘要: Microbial insecticides or entomopathogens are effective and eco-friendly insect pest management options. But slow mode of action lack a visual control, as expected by farmer, mostly limits their wide commercial usage. The present day regular high incidences pests, due to intensive monocultures, warrant inevitable use doses chemical pesticides. However, judicious application depends on the diverse environmental threats associated. So, deployment both entomopathogenic microbes pesticides together is considered reduce risk environment. Various studies also reported more efficient synergistic interactions in combined than for independent applications. Synergism has ability pesticide doses. Most importantly, synergism can effectively tackles problem helps establishment an entomopathogen given ecosystem. Once established, manage population build up manner, over years they evade or, if not so, dosage. chapter critically discusses possible between status achieved through this approach, context latest research findings.
