摘要: Life on Earth is dictated by circadian changes (e.g., sunlight, temperature, and humidity) in the environment caused planet’s rotation around its own axis. All forms of life have evolved clock system to adapt daily environmental changes. This adaptation results rhythms (a ~24-h oscillation) many physiological behavioral processes. The pharmacokinetics pharmacodynamics drugs are influenced fluctuations Chronopharmacokinetics, a subbranch chronopharmacology, studies variations pharmacokinetic processes (i.e., absorption, disposition, metabolism, excretion) drugs.
