摘要: The attenuated equine infectious anemia virus (EIAV) vaccine was the first lentivirus to be used in a large-scale application and has been successfully control spread of (EIA) China. To better understand potential role cytokines pathogenesis EIAV infection resulting immune response, we branched DNA technology compare mRNA expression levels 12 chemokines, including IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-4, IL-10, TNF-α, IFN-γ, IP-10, IL-8, MIP-1α, MIP-1β, MCP-1, MCP-2, monocyte-derived macrophages (eMDMs) infected with EIAV(DLV121) strain or parental EIAV(DLV34) pathogenic strain. Infection both caused changes various chemokines eMDMs. In early stage (0-24h), pro-inflammatory TNF-α IL-1β were significantly up-regulated, while EIAV(DLV121), anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-4 markedly up-regulated. effects on other similar between these two strains virus. During 4 days after infection, level cells higher than that strain, but IL-1α induced by observed addition, 5 not increased contrast, did up-regulate this level. Contrary our expectation, apoptosis eMDMs 6 infection. Together, results contribute greater understanding mechanisms which response is
