摘要: Cannabinoid's major effect on movement is hypoactivity. Nevertheless, a biphasic excitatory/inhibitory of cannabinoids has been repeatedly acknowledged. However, the literature lacking detailed description such an effect. In this study, we performed dose–response study effects Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol movement. Immediately after administration vehicle or dose (0.2, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5 mg/kg), animal was placed in activity monitor and observed for 1 h. Several parameters were recorded. The horizontal vertical activities measured as number photobeams broken between photocells walls monitor. wet dog shakes, scratches with hindpaw, mouth movements, forepaw flutters also recorded, amount time minutes that each subject spent grooming. fecal boluses recorded index autonomic activity. Each subsequently tested catalepsy bar test. A triphasic observed: low doses cannabinoid receptor agonist (0.2 mg/kg) decreased locomotor while higher (1–2 dose-dependently stimulated until emerged (2.5 accompanied by decreases
