摘要: Long terminal repeat (LTR) retrotransposon polymorphism and genomic instability are considered to be one of the most important rearranging mechanisms under environmental stress. Triggering this knowledge, we aimed elucidate protective effect humic acid (HA) on LTR in Zea mays seeds subjected manganese REMAP (Retrotransposon-microsatellite Amplified Polymorphism) IRAP (Inter-Retrotransposon were used define GTS (Genomic Template Stability) levels polymorphism. The results showed that all concentration Mn led an increase DNA damage a reduction rate showing damage. However, treatments (10%) together with resulted as decreasing also increasing GTS. It can suggested HA applications removes negative effects GTS, when considering research results.
