摘要: Abstract Cemented paste backfill (CPB) is largely used in underground mines worldwide. A key issue associated with application of CPB to estimate the stresses backfilled stopes and on barricades. Recent numerical experimental results show that arching effect absent shortly after placement stopes. However, stress decreases barricade drift increasing distance between measurement points drawpoint have also been observed, demonstrating pouring CPB. To explain these paradoxes, considered as Bingham fluid having a yield shear stress. Three dimensional analytical solutions are proposed evaluate short-term total barricades, accounting for CPB’s stress-induced effect. Stress diminution due such barricades indeed obtained. But reduction becomes insignificant using typical stope geometry. More analyses indicate values do not fully correspond field conditions where would increase exponentially apparent consolidation (loss water by drainage, phenomenon similar desiccation overly saturated fine-grained materials).
