摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter provides an overview of the space charge limited currents. The simplest cases flow occur when trajectories carriers are straight lines—that is, rectilinear flow. In these cases, all mathematical quantities involved may be expressed in terms a single coordinate so that this group problems is referred to as “one-dimensional.” does not infer electrodes themselves one-dimensional. electrode systems which occurs parallel planes, coaxial circular cylinders, and concentric spheres. plane cylindrical it assumed infinite extent, or else guard provided prevent fringing electric fields at boundary electrodes. chapter, concepts related explained currents relativistic velocities studied. effect filament voltage drop analyzed magnetic field heating current also elaborated detail.
