摘要: The depth of penetration bomb tritium into the saturated zone was used to calculate rate groundwater recharge an unconfined homogeneous drift aquifer in Cape Cod, Massachusetts (U.S.A.). is glaciofluvial origin and composed well sorted sand gravel. Tritium concentration ranged from 0 85 T.U. Bomb (> 5 T.U.) found 45 samples collected 1.5 27.1 m below water table; prebomb concentrations (< were identified 4 25.6 41.1 table. Assuming piston-type flow beneath divides, range 33.7 40.6 cm yr−1. This agrees favorably with estimates previously determined budget analyses.
