摘要: Intense physical exercise has been associated with reproductive dysfunction and menstrual cycles may be abnormal in a majority of women heavy training load. To determine whether influenced pulsatile LH release, we measured pulse frequency, amplitude area under the curve over six hours during early follicular phase cycle four sedentary eumenorrheic runners volume at least 32 km per week. All three variables were significantly lower than controls. These data suggest that there is central inhibition hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis runners.
