摘要: The term mycorrhiza, literally translated as “fungus root”, denotes the presence of a functional and structural union between fungus root system plant. These symbioses are an integral component below-ground ecosystems, crucial links in nutrient processes. Mycorrhizal research has focused on three main areas. Firstly, assessment mycorrhizal states different plant species, identification fungal partners involved, been, continues to be, fundamental importance. determination status is complex issue. An assortment fungi can be found growing within roots their trophic relationships with host range from parasitic commensal vary health developmental stage Theoretically, associations understood being mutualistic type degree benefit each partner varying type. In practical terms, mycorrhizas have been identified based morphology tissues observed roots, morphological responses fungi. status, sense, usually only inferred for both partners, especially if familiar “fungus-root” re-established resynthesis trials. Determining identity partner(s) mycorrhiza also problematic considering that there may 1.5 million species world yet 69,000 or approximately 5% so far describedandnamed (Hawksworth 1991).
