摘要: Abstract Introduction Amyloid imaging has been integrated into diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease (AD). How amyloid tracers binding differ different tracer structures and amyloid-β aggregates in autosomal dominant AD (ADAD) sporadic is unclear. Methods Binding properties of were examined brain homogenates from six ADAD with APPswe , PS1 M146V EΔ9 mutations, 13 AD, 14 control cases. Results 3 H-PIB, H-florbetaben, H-AZD2184, BTA-1 shared a high- varying low-affinity site the frontal cortex AD. AZD2184 detected another (affinity 33 nM) ADAD. The H-AZD2184 H-PIB significantly higher striatum compared to control. Polyphenol resveratrol showed strongest inhibition on H-AZD84 followed by H-florbetaben minimal H-PIB. Discussion This study implies detect sites fibrils or conformations.
