摘要: – The purpose of this paper is to assess the effectiveness a gender-specific group treatment programme for personality disordered (PD) women in medium secure psychiatric setting. , In all, 56 consecutive admissions with primary diagnosis disorder (mostly borderline type) and co-morbidity were assessed according their participation in, benefit from, core set five manualised treatments that focused on social interpersonal deficits, instability mood problematic substance use. A single cohort pre-test post-test comparison design was used evaluation based global change over an amalgam self-report specific outcome measures. 70 per cent patients attended three or more groups, attendance each ranging from 85 53 cent.
