摘要: The complexes of Mn (II) and Ni with Schiff base derived from salicylaldehyde 2-amino benzoic acid have been prepared characterized by gravimetry, potentiometry, molar conductance infrared analyses. solubility test on the its nickel(II) complex revealed their in most organic solvents except ether, acetonitrile tetrachloromethane. However, manganese(II) is insoluble but soluble dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO). measured are low, indicating non-electrolytic nature. potentiometric spectrophotometric studies compounds 1:1 metal to ligand ratio.
